Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will handle billing, collections, and cash application activities while working remotely to ensure the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate invoicing for various transactions, including new business and contract modifications
• Execute proactive collections strategies to drive timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships
• Accurately apply and post incoming customer payments, resolving unapplied cash and chargebacks efficiently

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
• High level of independence and self-motivation, excelling in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
