Senior Accounts Receivable Associate
Job Summary
Overseeing collections for high-value strategic customers, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Associate will manage the resolution of EDI invoice rejections, supervise offshore staff, and optimize cash flow while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise offshore Genpact Collections team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Manage collections for North American strategic customers, identifying and resolving payment delays
- Prepare reports and provide management with recommendations regarding collection performance and operational issues
Required qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Demonstrated experience with EDI and collections processes
- Proficient in SAP, Power BI, OnBase, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
- Experience working with Genpact (3rd party BPO)
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business accounts receivable environment and/or a bachelor's degree
