Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable for the APAC and EMEA regions, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the invoicing process and ensure accurate billing to clients
• Process payments and manage collections to maintain cash flow
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance roles
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of APAC and EMEA financial regulations and practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
