Job Summary

Focusing on aged accounts greater than 120 days, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will perform various accounts receivable tasks, including addressing payer discrepancies and disputed claims, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues related to aged accounts and disputed claims
• Perform cash posting, billing, and third-party follow-up activities
• Utilize automated business applications for data entry and account management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in cash posting, billing, and collections, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance is preferred
• Experience with automated business applications, including word-processing and spreadsheets
• Data entry experience is required
