Job Summary
Working remotely with a preference for Minnetonka, MN, the full-time salaried Senior Actuarial Analyst will develop Medicaid risk adjustment analytics, analyze risk score performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Medicaid risk adjustment analytics, reporting, and dashboards
- Analyze risk score performance and morbidity trends to assess revenue impacts
- Partner with actuarial, finance, operations, and technology teams to provide insights and recommendations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field
- On the Actuarial exam track with at least 2 passed exams
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, actuarial science, or related fields
- Intermediate skills in SQL and Excel
- Experience with large healthcare datasets such as claims and membership data
