Senior Actuary (ASA/FSA Licensed)
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment team, the full-time remote Senior Actuary (ASA/FSA Licensed) will conduct analysis, pricing, and risk assessment while leveraging data analytics and risk adjustment modeling to estimate financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Run and analyze market-level results using risk adjustment models such as CDPS+RX
- Act as the team's point of contact for an assigned group of markets
- Develop probability tables based on statistical data analysis and determine equitable distribution for insurance benefits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years of actuarial experience with ASA certification or 5+ years with FSA certification
- MAAA membership required
- Healthcare actuarial experience preferred, with Medicaid experience a plus
- Strong coding and data analytics skills, particularly in SQL and large-scale data analysis
