Senior Actuary Consultant

Job Summary

To support the growing Milliman AI Solutions practice, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Actuary will engage with clients to develop AI transformation roadmaps, redesign workflows, and co-design AI solutions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support practices in responding to client demand for AI transformation through workshops, proposal development, and use case engagements
• Map and redesign insurance workflows to integrate AI solutions, capturing expert knowledge and identifying improvement opportunities
• Co-design AI-enabled solutions with business experts and advise on the use of enterprise AI tools to ensure practical implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in insurance, actuarial consulting, business transformation, or related fields
• Experience in business development, proposal writing, and client workshops
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows and ability to collaborate with domain experts and technology teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with structured problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
