Senior Actuary - P&C

Job Summary

Leading the Capital Forecasting team, the full-time Senior Actuary - P&C will enhance the capital monitoring framework, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on target returns, combined ratios, and capital analytics
• Enhance the P&C capital monitoring and reporting framework to support capital deployment decisions
• Collaborate with business units and actuarial leaders to evaluate performance against established targets

Required Qualifications:

• Typically eight or more years of P&C actuarial experience or related fields
• Strong understanding of P&C actuarial methods, including pricing, reserving, and loss-ratio analysis
• Actuarial designation such as FCAS or progress toward a comparable designation is preferred
• Experience with capital forecasting, stochastic modeling, and predictive analytics is valued
• Proven ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
