Senior AD/ICAM Administrator

Job Summary

To deliver modern Identity Access Credential Management (ICAM) solutions and Zero Trust Architectures (ZTA), the full-time Senior AD/ICAM Administrator will manage technical leadership for modernization initiatives, implement and prototype solutions, and oversee project management activities across multiple ICAM service capabilities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and lead hybrid identity initiatives using Azure AD Connect and Entra ID
• Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and implement identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and Conditional Access policies in Azure
• Perform technical triage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce Zero Trust principles and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a lead role with proven proficiency in enterprise-level Windows Server administration and Directory Services management
• MCSE or MCSA certification in Windows Server / Directory Services is required
• Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, hybrid identity, and cloud migration projects
• PowerShell scripting proficiency for automation and reporting
