Job Summary
Supporting the operational foundation of the Patient Experience department, the full-time Senior Administrative Assistant will manage compliance training, financial reporting, and administrative support for various programs while working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide essential operational and administrative support for the Office of Patient Experience, including meeting coordination and correspondence
- Compile and submit financial reports, manage staff travel and expenses, and maintain departmental assets and supplies
- Coordinate departmental projects and events, ensuring all logistics, communications, and participant engagement are effectively handled
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years of administrative/secretarial experience, or 3 years with an Associate's degree, or 1 year with a Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing compliance training for staff
- Proficiency in financial reporting and administrative software
- Ability to pass a pre-employment skills test as required by Human Resources
