Senior Advisor for Impact Management

Job Summary

To support the advancement of impact management initiatives, the full-time Senior Advisor for Impact Management will develop and implement a global impact management agenda, lead stakeholder engagement, and formulate corporate policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the global impact management agenda, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and evidence-based decision-making
• Formulate corporate policies and global standards for impact management and outcome-based reporting across the organization

Required qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Public/Business Administration, International Development, Political Science, International Relations, or related field
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in strategic management, transformation, or corporate governance
• Demonstrated expertise in leading institution-wide policy changes at an international level
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in multicultural environments
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is desirable
