Senior Advisor, Implementation Services

Job Summary

As the highest-level implementation portfolio resource for complex opportunities, the full-time Senior Advisor, Implementation Services will manage service design decisions and business challenges while working remotely to create measurable stakeholder value across Ciena's product family.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the services portfolio strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial performance, including revenue and customer outcomes
• Build detailed P&Ls for complex service opportunities, integrating various financial considerations and tracking performance
• Lead New Service Introduction activities, ensuring effective scope, pricing, and launch processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
• Typically 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, professional services, product management, or service portfolio management
• Demonstrated expertise in implementation, deployment, and migration services
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L, pricing, and investment analysis
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction
