Required qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in managing publishers within affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and driving its growth
- Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance
- Fluency in performance tracking platforms, with familiarity in tools like Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback
- Demonstrated ability to proactively solve compliance issues and optimize partner performance
