Job Summary

Owning the management of publisher relationships, the full-time Senior Affiliate Manager will drive revenue growth across multiple verticals, ensuring compliance and optimization in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage publisher accounts end to end, focusing on relationship building and scaling opportunities
• Monitor and optimize partner performance to achieve margin targets while ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance

Required qualifications

• Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing
• Demonstrated ownership of a margin or revenue number, with a track record of improvements
• Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance
• Proficiency in performance tracking platforms, with the ability to interpret and act on data
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in navigating compliance challenges
