Required qualifications
- Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and driving significant changes
- Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance
- Fluency in performance tracking platforms, with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Demonstrated ability to proactively optimize partner performance and manage risks effectively
