Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To achieve patient acquisition objectives, the full-time Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will own the Affiliate channel end-to-end, managing investment decisions, partner performance, and compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs, including recruiting and growing high-quality publishers
• Oversee budget management and partner spend, ensuring channel integrity through compliance and fraud auditing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and improve channel outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executing and managing affiliate marketing programs
• Expertise in affiliate network platforms, including onboarding and optimization
• Experience managing large budgets, specifically $1M+ per month
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing affiliate partners
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking, attribution, and compliance auditing
