Senior Affiliate Payment Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full payment lifecycle for commissions and contractual payments, the full-time Senior Affiliate Payment Specialist will manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate payouts while collaborating cross-functionally to create and document efficient processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payment process for affiliate commissions and contractual payments, serving as the primary contact for affiliates
• Resolve payout disputes, chargebacks, and other payment-related issues while maintaining strong follow-through and communication with affiliates
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and document repeatable processes and ensure compliance with affiliate program policies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commissions, partner or affiliate payouts, revenue operations, billing, or finance operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with payment or vendor management platforms such as RAMP, Bill.com, or Tipalti
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• High integrity in handling confidential financial information
