Job Summary
Owning the strategy and operations of Helium 10's affiliate program, the remote Senior Affiliate Program Manager will build and lead a high-performing team, manage relationships with affiliate partners, and design commission structures to drive growth and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement affiliate program strategy, including performance metrics and dashboards
- Design competitive commission structures and partner incentive programs to drive growth and revenue
- Build and lead the Affiliate function across distributed locations, managing team leads and setting performance outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, including managing teams
- Proven track record in building and scaling sales or partnership channels
- Experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams
- Some level of P&L or budget ownership experience
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
