Senior AgentCore Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To design and build agent runtime, memory, orchestration, and multi-agent patterns for an enterprise AI platform on AWS, the full-time Senior AgentCore Platform Engineer will work remotely, establishing standardized approaches for deploying and operating AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build reference agent architectures and reusable components for agent deployment and lifecycle management
• Implement orchestration and communication patterns for multi-agent systems, ensuring efficient workflows and recovery mechanisms
• Define memory strategies and develop evaluation harnesses to measure agent quality and performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building LLM applications with at least one agent system in production
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Strands Agents, or similar
• Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade AI services and APIs
• Solid understanding of AWS fundamentals, including IAM, Lambda, and Bedrock APIs
• Experience with memory management strategies and evaluation harnesses for agent quality assessment
