Senior Agile Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support complex technology initiatives, the remote Senior Agile Business Analyst/Tester will manage requirements definition, oversee UAT testing, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and support documentation while coordinating UAT activities
- Utilize JIRA to manage requirements, defects, and sprint activities, providing program management support across multiple workstreams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or QA Analyst/Tester role within technology delivery environments
- Substantial experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of software applications and system integrations
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, along with UAT planning and execution experience
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA for managing user stories, defects, and reporting
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
