Senior Agile Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing technology initiative, the remote Senior Agile Business Analyst/Tester will manage complex projects from requirements definition through testing and implementation, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality user stories and UAT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and coordinate testing activities with relevant teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or QA Analyst/Tester role within technology delivery environments
- Substantial experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including UAT planning and execution
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA for managing user stories, defects, and workflows
- Strong technical understanding of software applications, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
