Job Summary
To support the transformation of release processes, the full-time Senior Agile Coach will guide teams in adopting continuous delivery practices, coach engineering and product teams, and facilitate improvements in deployment frequency and reliability in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the transition from stage-gated to continuous flow release processes using Lean and DevOps principles
- Coach teams on modern delivery practices, including test automation and small-batch flow
- Measure and analyze delivery performance metrics to drive improvement and alignment across teams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in software delivery or engineering leadership roles, with 3+ years in coaching delivery transformation
- Demonstrated experience in continuous delivery improvements in multi-team software environments
- Strong technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices
- Familiarity with Lean flow concepts, agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and delivery data interpretation
- Experience in conflict resolution and facilitating constructive discussions among diverse teams
