Senior Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex enterprise-level Agile projects, the full-time Senior Agile Project Manager will oversee cybersecurity initiatives, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule, ensuring timely delivery and managing project risks
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, stories, and release plans
• Support team development by removing roadblocks and mentoring team members to enhance project capacity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience, particularly in Agile software development
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and vulnerability remediation
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP)
