Job Summary
Leading complex technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Agile Project Manager will facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and promote continuous improvement in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Agile transformation and communicate program goals, progress, and risks
- Lead PI planning and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple teams
- Serve as an enterprise-level Agile champion, mentoring teams and facilitating advanced Agile ceremonies
Required Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling practices
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities for Agile teams
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, SAFe tooling)
- 8+ years in Agile leadership roles, including portfolio-level experience
- Experience leading enterprise Agile transformations
