Senior Agile Scrum Master
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Agile Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery for complex technology initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint execution while removing impediments to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage Agile metrics using JIRA to track progress and identify risks and dependencies
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with significant experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence, including dashboards and Agile boards
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical software development teams and coordinating UAT activities
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
