Senior Agile Transformation Coach
Job Summary
To lead Agile transformation initiatives, the contract Senior Agile Transformation Coach will work remotely, mentoring employees at all levels on Agile principles and practices while ensuring effective implementation across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile values, SAFe, and scrum practices to enhance program implementation
- Coach teams on scrum tasks and monitor Agile project metrics to identify and address potential issues
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to facilitate Agile coaching and continuous improvement across the enterprise
Required qualifications
- Significant experience as a Senior Agile Coach in large enterprise organizations, successfully leading Agile transformations
- Proficiency in various Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps
- Experience with JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
- Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to communicate them effectively at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
