Senior AI Agent Developer
Job Summary
To support the Legal Team's AI initiatives, the full-time Senior AI Agent Developer will architect, build, and scale AI platforms and products remotely, focusing on developing production-ready AI agents, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance legal processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build AI Agents: Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that support critical workflows across the enterprise
- Ship & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine agents to ensure high performance and adoption, measuring outcomes and optimizing functionality
- Reimagine Workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and redesign workflows, ensuring innovation aligns with change management
Required qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages with experience in building and deploying production AI/ML applications
- Deep understanding of large language models and modern AI systems with proven ability to design and optimize agent solutions
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
- Knowledge of AI safety and governance standards for responsible agent development
