Job Summary
To advance the state of the art in foundation model development, the full-time Senior AI Algorithms Engineer will work remotely or onsite, focusing on large-scale distributed training, reinforcement learning, and optimizing model efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable systems for preparing high-quality multimodal datasets for foundation model training
- Develop algorithms and systems to enhance the scalability and efficiency of large-scale pre-training and post-training processes
- Advance techniques for improving inference performance and reducing deployment costs across cloud and edge platforms
Required qualifications
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and optimization
- Excellent software engineering skills, particularly in Python and PyTorch
- Experience in building high-performance software for large-scale AI systems
