Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Senior AI Automation Engineer will design and build orchestration layers for agentic AI systems, integrating LLMs and transforming unstructured data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build agent orchestration layers, including workflow state and next-best-action logic
- Integrate LLMs through provider-agnostic layers and implement structured outputs and guardrails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions and improve agent performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js or expertise in Python
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and provider SDKs such as Anthropic or OpenAI
- B2+ English proficiency and comfort in fast-paced, agile environments
