Senior AI Creative Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the visual production capabilities of the design department, the full-time Senior AI Creative Designer will create high-quality AI-generated visuals aimed at improving conversion rates, collaborating closely with marketers and content creators in a remote setting from Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across various channels
• Iterate on visual concepts based on performance data and collaborate with team members to align visuals with messaging
• Ensure high visual quality and realism while actively researching and integrating new AI tools to improve output

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms, producing photorealistic visuals
• Strong visual sense, including composition, lighting, and realism
• Understanding of performance marketing basics and ability to iterate based on feedback and data
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated photorealistic visuals demonstrating quality and high-end visual sensibility
