Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of advanced AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Developer will oversee project delivery for public health analytics, ensuring compliance and quality while working remotely or from various locations in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and federal standards
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performance in AI development
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, communicating project status, risks, and AI capabilities effectively

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of professional experience in data engineering or software development
• Proven experience leading technical teams and communicating complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing AI or machine learning solutions using modern frameworks
• Experience with cloud environments and integrating AI applications with enterprise data sources
