Job Summary
To enhance engineering productivity and quality, the full-time Senior AI Developer Engineer will build and operate the internal AI developer platform, focusing on agentic workflows and tools that support b.well's engineering teams while ensuring security and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate the internal AI developer platform, including self-service tooling and documentation
- Design and implement agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle, ensuring dependable production use
- Manage and improve tools for AI agents, focusing on context handling, security, and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Solid experience in platform or developer-tooling engineering with accountability for production services
- Experience building and shipping agentic or LLM-powered workflows used by other engineers
- Strong understanding of security practices for autonomous systems, including least privilege and sandboxing
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with engineering teams
