Job Summary
To drive AI-powered product enhancements, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will define requirements, develop prototypes, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment in Greater Boston.
Key responsibilities
- Define requirements and develop prototypes for AI-powered product enhancements
- Identify product gaps and workflow inefficiencies through collaboration with internal users and experts
- Design and build LLM-powered solutions to accelerate product development and improve operational outcomes
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in building data products or AI-driven solutions
- Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and agent development
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions
