Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of an AI career companion app, the remote Senior AI Engineer will manage the creation of a multi-turn conversational assistant, oversee agent orchestration, and ensure evaluation and safety compliance for the product.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a multi-turn assistant that maintains user context and personalization
- Develop multi-step workflows and manage routing between model providers to optimize performance
- Conduct evaluations and experiments to measure user outcomes and ensure product safety and compliance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software or ML engineer, with at least 2 years in shipping LLM-based products
- Proven experience in building conversational products and evaluating multi-turn systems
- Production experience with agent frameworks and state management
- Strong skills in Python, asynchronous programming, and API design
- Interest in career coaching and decision-making processes related to work
