Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team focused on AI-driven solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and develop AI agents and workflows, primarily using Python and Java or GoLang, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or Chicago-based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize AI agents and workflows using agentic frameworks like LangGraph
- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications, ensuring clean and efficient code across the full SDLC
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend functionalities with user interfaces
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend/Software Developer with exposure to AI/agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python and at least one of Java or GoLang
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience with databases like PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and RESTful APIs
