Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
Building and operating production AI systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance search, personalization, and operational workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and productionize Generative AI solutions for search and recommendation systems
- Develop robust model evaluation frameworks and translate business problems into actionable data science solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI models and services using modern MLOps practices
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field; Ph.D. preferred
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning roles focused on NLP/NLU and LLM applications
- Experience deploying LLMs or Generative AI solutions to production
- Expertise in AWS cloud services and strong programming skills in Python
- Solid understanding of responsible AI practices and CI/CD pipelines
