Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support an innovative AI team, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and implement AI solution architectures, manage technical execution, and contribute to the development of AI services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Generative AI to design and execute end-to-end AI solution architectures
• Support the deployment and operational management of AI services in Microsoft Azure, ensuring compliance with enterprise security requirements
• Contribute hands-on development of back-end services and complex API integrations, while participating in code reviews and agile practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development or enterprise AI system implementation
• Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with FastAPI, REST API design, and automation scripting
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud-hosted services in Microsoft Azure
• Demonstrated experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrating with LLM APIs
