Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of production AI/ML systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design, implement, and deploy models, build data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy ML/AI models end-to-end, including data pipelines and training workflows
- Maintain and evolve AI systems in production, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems in production
- Strong software engineering background, particularly in Python or similar languages
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud platforms
- Experience with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and API development
