Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI products for public-sector workflows, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will lead the creation of intelligent agents, partner with product leaders, and drive architectural decisions for mission-critical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to build reliable new features for the AI platform
- Lead the development of intelligent agents for complex supply chain tasks, ensuring reliability and consistency
- Design and implement systems that enable autonomous execution of multi-step workflows while addressing security and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, with coursework in Artificial Intelligence (M.S. preferred)
- 4+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering, focusing on AI/ML
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++
- Experience designing and operating production-grade distributed systems and APIs
- Deep expertise in model evaluation and production telemetry for monitoring model quality and reliability
