Job Summary
To transform software development processes, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will build AI-powered developer tooling and workflows, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance productivity and software quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities to improve software development with AI, collaborating with engineering teams to shape practical solutions
- Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI tooling and workflows, owning projects from discovery through rollout and iteration

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and full-stack fundamentals
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI-powered systems or workflows in a professional environment
- Practical depth in LLMs, tool use, and evaluations related to AI integration in software development
- Ability to independently drive work from concept through adoption, turning ambiguous problems into useful solutions
- Experience in developer tooling or platform enablement is a plus
