Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end system design and product integration for intelligent agents, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will develop and integrate foundational models into functional software while ensuring responsible AI practices and optimizing performance across enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement core systems for intelligent agents, ensuring seamless integration with existing products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into scalable business solutions
• Establish governance and guardrails for data privacy and explainability in AI applications

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend architecture and distributed systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience integrating large models and AI APIs into enterprise products
• 1+ years of experience designing AI orchestration architectures, including multi-agent frameworks
• 4+ years of experience optimizing application performance, particularly in relation to LLM constraints
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
