Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior AI Engineer to work remotely, who will design, build, and ship LLM-based products that guide job seekers to their next best steps, while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of AI systems through robust evaluation and integration engineering.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship LLM-based product experiences, including conversational coaching and agentic workflows
• Conduct analysis to provide evidence-based recommendations for job seekers' next steps, grounded in labor market data
• Establish evaluation metrics and quality measures to ensure the reliability and safety of AI systems

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of strong applied ML/AI engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying LLM-based features, including prompt engineering and orchestration
• Solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals, with hands-on experience in predictive and classification models
• Fluency in Python and SQL, with experience in production codebases
• Experience in building data and integration foundations for AI systems, including ingestion and transformation pipelines
