Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
Passionate about building production-grade LLM applications and agentic AI systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize AI capabilities for conversational experiences and intelligent workflows, working remotely within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain MCP servers, tool definitions, and context management capabilities
- Design and implement intent evaluation, classification, and routing workflows, integrating multiple data sources
- Manage prompt versioning, fallback strategies, and optimize LLM performance, while collaborating closely with software engineers and AI specialists
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience building production AI applications with Python and LLM technologies
- Experience designing and deploying conversational AI or agentic AI solutions
- Strong experience with prompt engineering, LLM integrations, and evaluation methodologies
- Must have personally authored/built an MCP server
- Conversational English proficiency
