Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the deployment of AI agents across various teams, the full-time Senior AI Enablement Engineer will collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to identify automation opportunities, design and implement AI solutions, and establish best practices for agent creation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify manual workflows that can be automated, defining success metrics before development
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio, while maintaining a record of agents in production
• Establish a community of champions by conducting hands-on build sessions and creating templates for teams to develop their own agents

Required qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or automations using low-code tools like Copilot Studio or programming languages such as Python or TypeScript
• Hands-on knowledge of prompt design, retrieval, and evaluating agent output, with an understanding of LLM limitations
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise authentication systems
• Minimum of four years in a business-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering or automation
• Ability to learn and improve finance or sales operations workflows through automation
