Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end development of AI agents, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will engage with clients in the healthcare sector to design, build, and integrate real-time voice solutions, ensuring quality and performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire lifecycle of AI agent deployment, from discovery to production and initial operation
• Understand and implement client-specific business logic into the AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows
• Manage real-time voice interactions and handle unstructured data to maintain high performance during live operations

Required qualifications

• Experience integrating language models into real workflows with actual inputs
• Proficiency in real-time systems, including WebSockets and event-driven architectures
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex systems in client-facing roles
• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in TypeScript or Node
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience working in compliant environments
