Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will partner with internal stakeholders to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems in a remote environment, focusing on translating business needs into effective software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to identify workflows for custom AI agents that drive operational leverage
- Translate business problems into clear requirements and oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions from prototype to production
- Design and build scalable, event-driven systems that process large volumes of data while ensuring reliability and maintainability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in shipping production software, specifically in AI-native applications
- Strong systems design skills with full-stack engineering capability across data, services, and user interfaces
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and production monitoring
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable software requirements
- Demonstrated product judgment in defining project scope and prioritizing features for initial releases
