Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an autonomous offensive security platform, the hybrid Senior AI Engineer will design and enhance named agents and models, focusing on agent behavior, model training, and self-improvement systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement improvements for Ares' named agents, including orchestration patterns and shared memory
• Contribute to model training and fine-tuning, owning parts of the training pipeline from dataset construction to evaluation
• Extend the co-evolutionary self-training system to enhance Ares' learning from engagements over time

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems, including 2 years with LLMs or LLM-powered agents
• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning techniques and modern training stacks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face
• Experience in designing and shipping multi-agent systems in production
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployment
