Job Summary
Building advanced agentic AI systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design multi-step workflows, implement evaluation frameworks, and develop context and retrieval pipelines using proprietary commercial real estate data in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows to translate user intent into completed actions
- Build evaluation frameworks and production monitoring to measure AI quality and business outcomes
- Develop context and retrieval pipelines to handle complex queries over proprietary data
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years building LLM-powered applications
- Experience with agentic architectures and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph
- Strong skills in retrieval design, including RAG systems and vector search
- Proficiency in Python and experience building backend services and APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
