Senior AI Engineer - Conversational AI
Job Summary
Leading development teams in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Agentic AI Engineer - Conversational AI will design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onshore and offshore development teams in hands-on development and solution design based on client requirements
- Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to support testing, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery
- Drive the development of scalable AI-powered applications leveraging modern cloud technologies and large language models
Required qualifications
- 10-14 years of experience in software engineering, solution design, and technical leadership focused on conversational AI or Generative AI solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB
- Experience in building production-grade Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock
- Knowledge of intent modeling, conversation design, and NLU concepts
- Experience with securing enterprise AI agents and implementing responsible AI controls
