Job Summary
To ensure compliance with AI regulations and customer requirements, the full-time Senior AI Governance Analyst will manage AI governance operations, conduct reviews for new models and features, and maintain an inventory of models while working closely with legal and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the AI obligations library, mapping controls and owners to compliance requirements
- Run AI governance reviews at the design stage for new models and features, documenting decisions for audit readiness
- Track AI regulatory changes and assess their operational impact, reporting on governance posture and risks to security leadership monthly
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technology risk, compliance, or privacy, with at least 2 years in AI governance or responsible AI work
- Working knowledge of the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience conducting pre-launch AI risk assessments with engineering and product teams
- Technical fluency in the ML lifecycle to engage effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with GRC tooling and familiarity with customer AI due diligence processes
